TERMS OF SERVICE

I. GENERAL PROVISIONS

Circle REI sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Trakt Lubelski 155B, 04-766 Warsaw, is entered into the National Court Register of the Register of Entrepreneurs maintained by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Poland, 14th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number 0000580004, with a fully paid share capital of PLN 5,000.00 and Tax Identification Number (NIP) 5272645593.

The Portal includes:

  • websites and digital services provided on its own behalf;

  • websites and digital services provided by third parties, accessible through the Portal;

  • informational, promotional, and advertising content relating to Circle REI products, third party websites, services and/or third-party products and services;

  • electronic services enabling users to present and distribute their own content and to communicate with other users.

Use of the Portal is governed by these Terms of Service (“Principles”), unless specific provisions refer to separate regulations.

By using any website, website functionality, or electronic service provided within the Portal, the user agrees to be bound by these Principles.

Polish law shall apply to all legal relationships arising from these Principles. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent common courts in Poland.

Users acknowledge that the costs related to the creation and distribution of content on the Circle REI Portal are primarily covered by revenues from advertising services provided by Circle REI to advertisers. Accordingly, Circle REI reserves the right to present Portal content together with advertising materials.

II. RULES FOR USING INDIVIDUAL WEBSITES AND ELECTRONIC SERVICES AVAILABLE ON THE PORTAL

The use of specific websites or electronic services provided by Circle REI through the Portal may be subject to separate regulations, including but not limited to terms, price lists, and informational notices describing the subject matter, scope, and technical parameters of such websites or services.

Users are informed of and agree to these specific regulations on the relevant Portal pages, in particular upon first use of a given website or service.

Where separate regulations apply, the provisions of these Principles shall not apply to the extent of any inconsistency.

III. PROTECTION OF COPYRIGHT AND OTHER RIGHTS

All rights to the Portal and its components, including but not limited to software, functional layouts, graphic elements, databases, and works presented on the Portal (excluding content provided by users), are vested in Circle REI and/or its cooperating partners and are protected by applicable law.

The Portal and individual websites constitute a collective work, the entirety of which is owned by Circle REI.

Circle REI applies appropriate technological and legal measures to protect the integrity of the Portal and to control its use, including measures intended to prevent use that could interfere with Portal functionality. This includes, in particular, the downloading or displaying of Portal content while omitting informational, promotional, or advertising elements.

Downloading Portal content via web browsers is permitted only in a manner that does not infringe Circle REI’s rights. Any use that violates the integrity of the Portal is prohibited.

The above protections apply in particular to:

  • works protected under the Act of February 4, 1994 on Copyright and Related Rights;

  • databases protected under the Act of July 27, 2001 on the Protection of Databases;

  • trademarks protected under the Act of June 30, 2000 – Industrial Property Law;

  • internet domain names;

  • other content protected under applicable law, including the Act of April 16, 1993 on Combating Unfair Competition.

Use of the Portal does not constitute the acquisition of any rights to the Portal or its elements.

In particular:

  • Users may use Portal content solely for personal use, unless broader use is permitted by law or expressly authorized by Circle REI or other rights holders.

  • Without the express consent of Circle REI (or another authorized entity), it is prohibited to:

    1. reproduce content by any means, including printing, recording, or digital copying;

    2. distribute originals or copies, including sale, lending, or rental;

    3. publicly perform, display, broadcast, rebroadcast, or otherwise make content available to the public;

    4. reproduce, modify, translate, adapt, or distribute computer programs;

    5. extract or reuse database contents in whole or in substantial part.

For the avoidance of doubt, without Circle REI’s consent it is prohibited to further distribute Portal content, including current articles on political, economic, or religious topics, particularly in textual, graphic, or photo-gallery form.

Any person wishing to use Portal content beyond the permitted scope, or who has doubts regarding permitted use, should contact Circle REI.

Modifying, blocking, or interfering with Portal content—including advertising content—without Circle REI’s consent may constitute a violation of applicable law and the rights of Circle REI or third parties. This includes the use of software tools, browsers, or applications that alter or suppress such content.

IV. PRIVACY AND PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

Information concerning risks associated with internet use and software or data not forming part of the Portal’s content is provided in the Privacy Policy.

Rules governing the processing of personal data of Portal users are set out in separate regulations applicable to individual websites and electronic services, as referenced in Section II of these Principles.

Circle REI reserves the right to disclose user data, as well as data of a user’s legal representative or guardian, and user-generated content, where required by applicable law or upon request of authorized authorities.

V. Fulfillment Policies

Order Fulfillment
We strive to ensure prompt and seamless delivery of all products and services.

Fulfillment of digital services begins on the date of purchase or upon execution of an advertising agreement. Details regarding timelines, milestones, and deliverables will be provided via email or made available through your client dashboard.

Refund Policy
All purchases are final. Refunds are not available.

Because our offerings are digital in nature and resources are allocated immediately after purchase, we cannot issue refunds under any circumstances. Please carefully review all service information prior to completing your order. If you need clarification before purchasing, contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.

Cancellation Policy
Subscriptions: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us directly. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period. Partial or prorated refunds are not provided.

VI. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

Circle REI makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the Portal is accessible using commonly available web browsers, operating systems, devices, and internet connections.

Circle REI does not guarantee compatibility with all possible hardware or software configurations and shall not be liable for issues arising from the use of unsupported or non-standard systems.
